 Yesterday was the day that the USA celebrates Independence Day! But no matter where you live, you can enjoy the music, decorations and fireworks around Pandanda. And don't forget to pick up your free gift from the Clothing Co. on East Market Street. It is very sparkly!

Henry made some surprise random visits during the day yesterday, and he saw everyone dressed in their finest red, white, and blue outfits! I'd love for you to send in a screenshot of you and your friends celebrating the 4th in red, white, and blue! Henry would too! Just send your picture to screenshots@pandanda.com to send them to Henry and to send them to us, email your picture to pinguandsafespdconsole@hotmail.co.uk with Red White and Blue as the subject. We will both make an album of your pictures, and choose some for my blog and Henry will do the same!

Great job on decorating those treehouses! Henry will put and album up on his blog and I will put it on this blog so everyone can see on both blogs!

 And if you haven't gotten Zing Ballyhoo's prize for this week yet, you still have a chance! Just collect 10 Golden Tickets, then visit him at his tent in Treehouse Lobby to exchange them for his prize. He will have a new prize on Monday.

Fiesta Time in Pandanda!

Fiesta! It's time to party as Pandanda prepares for Cinco de Mayo on Saturday. Bear Hollow, and West and East Market Streets have been decorated with cut-paper pennants, piñatas, cacti, and bunches of chili peppers. There is also special music so you can dance and party!

Just in time for Cinco de Mayo and warmer weather, the House & Tree Catalog has been updated with some new items, as well as some old favorites in new colours. You can decorate your treehouse for a piñata party, a beach party, or any way you like!

If you decorate your treehouse for a fiesta or piñata party, I'd love to see it! Take a picture of your fiesta treehouse, making sure to show the whole screen, and send it to Henry at screenshots@pandanda.com and to us at pinguandsafespdconsole@hotmail.co.uk. Both, Henry and I accept(ed) pictures from May 1st to Cinco de Mayo (May 5th), then choose some to feature on my Blog and Henry's Blog.

Don't forget, this Sunday is Earth Day! You can do your part to help keep Pandanda clean and beautiful by picking up any trash you see on the streets of Pandanda. Steve McClean on East Market Street will always buy recyclable cans and bottles from you, and on Earth Day he will be giving DOUBLE the coins! So start picking up trash now, but wait until Sunday to sell it to Steve. It's a great way to earn some coins that you can use on Saturday, April 28th - Free Elite Member Day!

March of the Snowmen

Heya guyz!

They're here, they're here! The Snowmen have arrived and they are marching everywhere! Keep an eye out for them, because they don't usually watch where they are going, and might march right over you. Luckily, they are pretty soft!

I hope everyone will enjoy discovering all the funny snowmen around Pandanda, and working on the extra Quests. I'm going to be announcing some Quest Levels parties soon, so get those Levels!

If you have decorated your tree house to support your favroute American football team as they get ready for their playoff games this weekend, I would love to see a screenshot! Woohoo! It was Wacky Wednesday in Pandanda! It was your chance to wear all those wild and crazy accessories and clothes  in your closet, and maybe even get your picture in mine or Henry's Blog. I want to see pandas in wacky outfits, doing and saying silly and crazy (but appropriate!) things.

Get Wacky on Wednesday!

Hi Friends!

Have you gotten Zing Ballyhoo's second prize yet? It looks like Zing has snow on his mind - he must be looking forward to March of the Snowmen on Friday. Pandanda will be visited by Snowmen marching slowly all over the island (well, maybe not at Coconut Beach - they'd melt!) Plus, there will be extra Quests for you to do all 10 days that the Snowmen are marching!

This Wednesday is another Wacky Outfit Day! Go through your Pandanda closet and pick out the craziest, silliest, most miss-matched outfit you can find, then celebrate your wackiness with all your wacky friends! Take a picture of you and your friends doing something wacky (but keep it appropriate!) and send your picture to screenshots@pandanda.com. Henry will pick the wackiest to go in his Blog!


Just to let you know, although nobody looks at this blog lol, me and Safe are doing it too! Send your wacky pictures into pinguandsafespdconsole@hotmail.co.uk and we will put them all up on our blog!

Pandanda Holiday Treehouses Album

Hey Pandas!

I hope everyone had a great Christmas, and awesome weekend! The Christmas Gift is still there under the big Christmas tree in Bear Hollow, if you haven't gotten it yet. It is something new and unique; there has never been one in Pandanda before - an animated player card Background! I think it's really cool, and I hope you do, too!

I've been showing you how some of the Pandanda Moderators have decorated their treehouses for the holidays. Mod Jozie sent me a picture of hers over the weekend - check it out!

Henry says a great big thank you to everyone who has sent in a picture of their own holiday trees! You can see the awesome decorative skills of some of your friends in this Pandanda Holiday Treehouse album. Just click the link to view the album.

And it's not too late to show off your holiday treehouse! Just send us a screenshot of your treehouse that shows the entire screen, all the way from your Panda name in the top left corner to your backpack in the bottom right corner. You can send your picture to screenshots@pandanda.com, and Henry will add it to the album!

Henry is also working on an album of the Festive Photo with Your Friends entries. I'll let you know when Henry has it ready!

Christmas Outfits and Caroling with Henry Today!

Hey guys!

Oooh, Christmas is getting closer and closer! I can hardly wait! Oh yeh! And Safe9999's 10th birthday is on the 27th of December 2011!

One of the things that really gets me in the Christmas Spirit is dressing up in a Christmas outfit and singing Christmas carols with my friends. Won't you join me tomorrow in Bear Hollow as we sing Christmas songs around the huge tree there?  Henry will be caroling in Pandanda at 7:00am Pandanda Time, then again at 7:00pm Pandanda Time on Friday, December 23rd.

I hear you asking, "Which server?" All of them! Henry will join you in a song or two on Willow at the beginning of the hour, then move to Oak for a couple of songs, and continue that way to Maple, Poplar, Cedar, and Palm. After a couple of songs on Palm, if there is time left, he will head back to Willow.

So don't worry if you can't get into Bear Hollow on Willow at 7am or 7pm Pandanda Time. If you go to one of the other servers, you will be there when Henry arrives! You'll just have to try to be patient (pretend you are waiting for Santa Claus!) While you are waiting, you can practice some of the carols we will be singing - Jingle Bells, Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer, Deck the Halls, and We Wish You a Merry Christmas are some of them!

This is something we've never tried in Pandanda, but I think it will be fun! I can't wait to see everyone decked out in their best Christmas clothes, gathered around the tree, and singing songs of the season!

Hey Wacky Pandas Out There!

It's time again! Time for another day to get silly in Pandanda! On Tuesday, it is your chance to dress and act your silliest!

Yes, I know Halloween just ended, and you wore awesome costumes for that. But for Wacky Day you really want to go completely miss-matched, weird, wild, and silly. Check out the picture above - I bet you can get even crazier than that!

Henry will be making some sneaky visits, looking for wacky pandas, and even doing some wacky contests, along with the Moderators. Who knows what kind of silliness we might get up to? Wacky fashion shows, wacky jokes, wacky rules for Panda Gold games. You'll have to pay close attention to any Mods you meet tomorrow - if they shout out "Presto Changeo", everyone has to stop what you are doing and change at least one thing you are wearing! Why, you ask? Because it's wacky!

Costume Day Thursday!

Thursday is Costume Day in Pandanda! Halloween is creeping closer and closer, so come celebrate the season and show off your favorite Pandanda costume!

I have seen some really interesting and creative costumes during the Pumpkin Festival, where pandas have taken parts of different costumes, and mixed and matched them in cool and unique ways. If you think you have a really awesome costume, send me a picture of your player card so I can check it out. You can send your pictures to screenshots@pandanda.com.

You've still got one week of Pumpkin Fest left to collect Halloween candy to trade for the items in the Cauldron of Prizes. That should be plenty of time to get all of the prizes that you want! And next week you have a chance to get 2 special gifts - one on Halloween Day and one for the two-day Day of the Dead celebration! I'll tell you more about those days soon!

Ahoy Mateys! It's International Talk Like a Pirate Day!

Hey Pirates!






Yo-ho-ho! I look forward to International Talk Like a Pirate Day every year, but this year I almost forgot! Arrrgggg! Thank goodness Mod Jule reminded me.

Not sure how to talk like a pirate? Well, we've made it really easy for you! Just check out the Safe Chat menu from the toolbar at the bottom of your Pandanda screen. The very first group of Safe Chat phrases is "Pirate"!

You can say "Ahoy!" instead of "Hello!" And instead of asking "Will you be my friend?" you can ask "Will ye be me bucko?" Just have fun with it!

I bet a lot of you have the pirate costume that Jule is wearing. If you do, get dressed up with your pirate panda pals and take a funny picture of you all talking like pirates! If you send your pictures to screenshots@pandanda.com with PIRATES in the subject line, Henry will pick a few to feature on his blog! (And mine)
