Follow That Arrow Contest!

Hey Guys!

I'm so sorry it's late! Since I have started High School I have a lot of things to do like Homework and things so I can't post as much but I will try my best and defiantly try and catch up at the weekends!

I know you have been anxiously waiting for a new Pandanda Elite Membership contest, so here it is - the first ever Pandanda Follow That Arrow contest!

This contest began September 12th, and will last for 10 days. Each day Henry will post a picture of one of the arrow signs that can be found all over Pandanda. Those arrows point to the entrance to the next room. Your job will be to correctly identify two things about each arrow: a) Which room the arrow is in, and b) which room the arrow points to.

This is NOT a contest arrow!

Confused?  Don’t be! Here is an example. Look at the picture of this arrow. First you need to figure out where you can find that arrow in Pandanda. You might have to look VERY carefully at the little details around the arrow to make sure you have found the right one. When you have found the arrow in Pandanda, write down the name of the room it is in. This arrow is in The Den.

The next thing you have to find out is where you will go if you follow that arrow. That’s easy enough – just follow the arrow and see where you end up! This arrow in the Den will take you to Tree House Lobby. So there you have your two answers – a) The Den, b) Tree House Lobby. Remember, this arrow was just an example. It is not part of the contest!

After the 10^tharrow has been posted in Henry's blog on Friday, September 21^st, you will send an email to contest@pandanda.com with your two answers for each arrow. So your contest entry should look something like this:

Arrow 1  a) the room the arrow is in. b) the room the arrow points to.

Arrow 2  a) the room the arrow is in. b) the room the arrow points to.

Arrow 3  a) the room the arrow is in. b) the room the arrow points to.

and so on, all the way to Arrow 10. Of course, instead of “the room the arrow is in” and “the room the arrow points to”, you will put the names of the correct rooms for each arrow!

There is a limit of one entry per Pandanda account. Entries that are sent in before the last arrow is posted on September 21st will be eliminated. Entries must be received at contest@pandanda.com no later than 11:59pm PST on Sunday, September 23, 2012.  The winner will be announced on Wednesday, September 26, 2012 in my Blog.

Prizes

There will be 6 Winners of this contest:

• The first correct, eligible entry received after the 10th arrow is displayed on my blog will be a winner.
• 5 winners will be randomly chosen from all of the correct, eligible entries received by the contest deadline of 11:50pm PST on Sunday, September 23, 2012.

The 6 Winners will each receive:

• a 6-month Elite Membership Gift Certificate
• 5000 Panda Power
• 200 Panda Gold.

To submit your entry (have your parent or guardian help you):

• Read and obey the rules. Entering the competition means that you and your parent/guardian agree to the rules. A complete list of the rules can be found here. If you are under 13 years old, please ask your parent or guardian to review them with you, along with our website Terms of Use, specifically with regard to the use of submissions you send to us.
• Ask your parent or guardian to email your entry to contest@pandanda.com from their email address, the one they used when they signed you up for Pandanda. Your entry MUST come from the email address that we have on file for your Pandanda account. You can see what that email address is by logging into your Account Management page.
• Type the words "Follow That Arrow Contest" in the subject line of the email.
• Type your Panda name in the body of the email for example "Panda Name: Paige."
• Do NOT include your real name, house address, phone number, or password.
• Email your entry as soon as you have the answers for all 10 arrow pictures, but Pandanda must receive it no later than Sunday, September 23, 2012 at 11:59pm, Pacific Standard Time (PST). Entries received before the 10th arrow is posted on September 21, 2012 will be eliminated.
• You may only send in one entry per Pandanda account.
• Your entry must be in a format similar to the following example: 
• 1. a) the room the arrow is in. b) the room the arrow points to
• 2. a) the room the arrow is in. b) the room the arrow points to

Lucky Friday the 13th Elite Winners!

Hey Guys!


Friday the 13th is over, and there won't be another one this year. Sheriff Steele and Henry made it a lucky day for lots of pandas who received surprise treats of 25 Panda Gold. They gave out Panda Gold to so many pandas that Henry didn't even try to count! Were you one of them?

13 extra-lucky pandas were chosen at random yesterday to win 1-month Elite Membership Gift Certificates. Congratulations to 1Snow1, Conggo, edgircrv, Lalence, Mintzie, PANDEDUDE, PinkStiletto, Ralucacristi, RooniePanda7, Slayker, Suveka3172, v1214, and ZAGU. Each of those players had a 1-month Elite Gift Certificate sent to the email address that their account is registered to.

  Henry was amazed to see all of the different parts of the world where those winners live. See if you can find all of these countries on a map: Argentina, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Latvia, New Zealand, Peru, Romania, the United Kingdom, and the United States of America. Pandanda covers the globe!

Friday the 13th Gift Certificate Winners!

Hi there, friends!

Sheriff Steele and Henry had a great time meeting and chatting with many of their friends in Pandanda on Saturday. They gave out Panda Gold to lots of lucky pandas! And the luckiest pandas of them all are the 5 players who were chosen at random to win an Elite Gift Certificate. These pandas are from all over the world - Australia, Brazil, Czech Republic, Qtar, and the USA. It's awesome that Pandanda is worldwide!

Congratulations to Pandanda's newest Elite members: huglebugle12, panduzo34, sadhkeerthu, Sarka24, and WhattyWot! Each of those players had a 1-month Elite Gift Certificate send to the email address that their account is registered to. I see that sadhkeerthu and Sarka24 have already used theirs, and are now enjoying the privileges of Elite membership!

I also see that one lucky and observant panda found the Elite Gift Code that I hid in yesterday's Blog. Congratulations to lucario2915 for finding and using the hidden code. You never know when I might hide another code in my Blog, so keep on the lookout! Codes can only be used one time, so if you find it, make sure to use it right away!

Game Day Today!

Heya gamers! 

All day long on Saturday, you can win double coins for every multiplayer game you play! Which games are multiplayer, you ask? Well, I'll tell you! The multiplayer games in Pandanda are Pen the Pig, Line4, Bunny Chase, and Ghosts of Misty Hill.

You will also have a chance to win lots of Panda Gold from Moderators and me in special games of Bunny Chase and Ghosts of Misty Hill! The Mods and Henry will be hosting as many games as we can squeeze in between the hours of 5am-8am Pandanda Time,  9am-12pm Pandanda Time, 2-3pm Pandanda Time, and  4-8pm Pandanda Time.

Remember, there are a couple of special rules for Game Day Panda Gold games. On Game Day you can only win Gold once from each Moderator. They will each keep a list of the pandas they have awarded Gold to.

The other rule is "no potions", but that's always a rule when you play for Panda Gold!

Henry will be visiting Pandanda from 5-7am Pandanda Time,  then once more from 7-8pm Pandanda Time. You can click on each link to see what time it will be where you live.

Level 75 Parties Today!

Hey Questers!


Wow! On September 8, 2011, RainbowRacer, Lime12101, and Blowsight10 were the first Pandas to reach Level 75 in Quests. Now, 6 months later, there are 122 Pandas who have reached Level 75, the highest Level!

Henry is going to celebrate that great accomplishment with two Level 75 parties today! The first party will be at 10am Pandanda Time and the second party will be at 6pm Pandanda Time. You can click on each of those links to see what time the parties will be where you live. Pandas who live in Australia, New Zealand, and other countries around that part of the world will probably want to come to the 6pm party, since it will be on Saturday morning and early afternoon.

The parties will be on Palm server, which has already been Level Restricted to players at Level 75. Henry can't wait to chat and play games with all of you Super Questers. It's going to be Questerrific!

And don't forget, Saturday is another exciting Game Day, with double coins on all multiplayer games, and chances to win lots of Panda Gold from Moderators on Bunny Chase and Ghosts of Misty Hill. Lots of fun in Pandanda this weekend!

Fantastic February!

Hiya!


Wow, have you checked out the Pandanda February Calendar? Pandanda has got lots of things planned to help make the shortest month of the year one of the most fun months of the year!

Right off the bat, there was an awesome update in the Clothing Catalog. Lots of cool Valentine's-themed clothes and accessories; a hockey uniform, hockey stick, and skates; new player card backgrounds, and more! And you can still buy football stuff for the Big Game on Sunday. Go Team! I will put up what the clothes look like in another post. 
 

Zing will be leaving this Sunday, so make sure you have collected 10 Golden Tickets and traded them to him for his 4th and final prize. Once he leaves, his prizes are gone forever!

We will celebrate the power of friendship during the Friendship Festival, which begins on February 10th. You'll have 18 days to collect friendship bracelets to trade for cool Friendship Fest prizes. And on Valentine's Day, the 14th, we will have a Red and Pink Colour Day. 
Henry has got some special parties planned for Super Questers this month! On the 17th, all pandas who have reached Level 75 will be able to party with me on Palm Server. Then on the 24th, everyone at Level 50 and above will get their chance to party! There will be two party times on each of those days, so pandas all over the world should have a chance to participate.

Game Day returns on the 18th, with double coins on multiplayer games, and lots of chances to win Panda Gold from me and the Moderators in Ghosts of Misty Hill and Bunny Chase.
 

Dress up in purple, green, yellow, and gold for Mardi Gras Color Day on the 21st. 




Then end that week with a super Free Elite Member Day!

One of the best things about the Holiday season is getting together with your friends. That is why I am pleased to announce the “Festive Photo with Your Friends” contest! The goal of the contest is to take the best seasonal picture of your panda with your friends (It's ok to include other pandas who are also playing who may not be on your friends list.)

The most festive, creative and original picture of you and your friends celebrating the holiday season will win the awesome prize of a gift certificate for a 6 month Elite Membership, 200 Panda Gold, and 5000 Panda Power. Plus, you’ll get another 6 month Elite Membership to give to a friend! 

There is a limit of one entry per email address (the one you used when you created your panda) per day. Entries must be received atcontest@pandanda.com no later than 11:59pm PST on Sunday, December 18th. The winner will be announced on Saturday, December 24th in my blog.

Prizes

1 Grand Prize winner will receive:

• A 6 Month Elite Membership gift certificate for you
• A  second 6 Month Elite Membership gift certificate for your friend.
• 200 Panda Gold for you.

Here are a few tips:

• Be original and creative. It's ok to try and organize other players in the game to get the coolest, greatest shot ever! If players don't cooperate, though, it is not ok to bully them or be mean. We have so many players around the world, and some may not understand what you're saying. Also remember that safe chat players can't see what you may be chatting.
• Your picture can be taken anywhere in the game. It is ok to drop into a friend's tree house to take your picture. There are some pretty fancy tree houses out there!
• It's ok to crop your picture to whatever size you think looks nice, or you may submit an entire screenshot.
• Cropping the picture is ok, but digitally editing or enhancing your screenshot is not. Digitally edited submissions will be disqualified.

Game Day Today!

Today is Game Day! Game Day is when you earn double coins in Bunny Chase, The Ghosts Of Misty Hill, Pen The Pig and Line Four! Moderators will give you Panda Gold if you are first or second in Bunny Chase and Ghosts Of Misty Hill!


The rules for Game Day are:


* No Potions, or you will be cheating and not get Panda Gold.


* Normally, the rule is that you can only win Panda Gold once a day. But for today only, you can win more than once a day, but you can only win Gold once from each Moderator. 
For example, say you won Panda Gold from Skippers. If you play another game with Skippers and come in 1st or 2nd place, you can't win any more gold from him. But, if you see another Mod, like Gemmza, later, and play and win a game with her, you CAN win Panda Gold again! Every Mod will be keeping a list of their winners.


* Have fun!


If you want, you can go in another server which isn't Willow or Oak. One like Palm, because not that much people will be there so it won't e too crowded and it would be easier to win!


So basically you know all about Game Day now!

You will have a chance to win Panda Gold from Moderators in games of Bunny Chase and Ghosts of Misty Hill. The Mods will be hosting as many games as they can fit into their shifts, giving you lots of chances to win Panda Gold. Instead of awarding 25 Gold for 1st place and 10 Gold for 2nd place like they usually do, they will award 250 Gold to 1st place and100 Gold to 2nd place!

Also, every multiplayer game will award double Coins on Saturday. That means every time you play Pen the Pig, Line 4, Ghosts of Misty Hill and Bunny Chase, you will receive twice as many Pandanda Coins as you usually do. There is no limit to the amount of Panda Coins you can win!

There is one change for Game Day to the usual rules for Panda Gold games. Normally, the rule is that you can only win Panda Gold once a day. But for Saturday only, you can win more than once a day, but you can only win Gold once from each Moderator. 

For example, say you won Panda Gold from Moderator Skippers. If you play another game with Skippers and come in 1st or 2nd place, you can't win any more gold from him. But, if you see another Mod, like Moderator Gemmza, later, and play and win a game with her, you CAN win Panda Gold again! Every Mod will be keeping a list of their winners.

One rule has not changed - NO POTIONS! Just use your regular Panda skills to catch those bunnies and ghosts, with no help from turbo or bunny potions. I know everyone will play fairly!

We will be traveling around all of the servers, so you might have a better chance of winning if you play on a less-crowded server. Hey Wacky Pandas Out There!

It's time again! Time for another day to get silly in Pandanda! On Tuesday, it is your chance to dress and act your silliest!

Yes, I know Halloween just ended, and you wore awesome costumes for that. But for Wacky Day you really want to go completely miss-matched, weird, wild, and silly. Check out the picture above - I bet you can get even crazier than that!

Henry will be making some sneaky visits, looking for wacky pandas, and even doing some wacky contests, along with the Moderators. Who knows what kind of silliness we might get up to? Wacky fashion shows, wacky jokes, wacky rules for Panda Gold games. You'll have to pay close attention to any Mods you meet tomorrow - if they shout out "Presto Changeo", everyone has to stop what you are doing and change at least one thing you are wearing! Why, you ask? Because it's wacky!

Goodbye Year 2, Hello Year 3!

Don't forget, we are having a mini-celebration today of the 2nd Anniversary of Pandanda's Official Launch! Two years ago today, Pandanda officially threw its doors open to the world! It has been a great two years, thanks to all of you awesome pandas who spend your time in Pandanda Land!

Bring on Year 3 in Pandanda!

Henry has already made one visit to Pandanda early this morning, and he am getting ready to make the second of his 4 visits. The Mods and Henry are playing lots of games of Bunny Chase and Ghosts of Misty Hill for Panda Gold today, so get in on the fun! Remember, when playing for Panda Gold, no potions are allowed. And since today is a special day, instead of only being able to win one time the whole day, you can win once from each Moderator (and from henry)! Play fair, have fun, be happy!

The first Pandanda Game Day back in July was so much fun, that we decided it is time for another one! So make sure your bunny nets and ghost-catching backpacks are ready to go for your chance to earn lots of coins, and maybe even Panda Gold.
