Ok, so first, collect 10 golden tickets lying around (they pop up randomly so you might need to wait 1 minute)
This is what a golden ticket look like:
Walk over to it and click it to pick it up.
Once you have picked it up, it will look like this:
Once you have 10, head over to Zing Ballyhoo and trade them for a prize or 500 coins!
